More New Politics from Obama
In case you missed it, Obama wants the Justice Department to prosecute people who run attack ads against him. And this isn’t the first time:
It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time Bauer has called for criminal investigations and prosecutions into the donors to independent groups critical of Obama, including one supporting John Edwards and another supporting Hillary Rodham Clinton. His words did have the effect of scaring their donors and consultants, but haven’t yet appeared to result in any prosecution.
Nice. Nothing like a little legal hardball to get your opponents to back off. I guess he can’t knock them off the ballot so he has to try something.

I believe the “Technical” terms are Libel and Slander. As outlined in the law, these are illegal activities and all americans have the right to prosocute for damages incurred from them. Ask Jhon McCain, he filed 12 law suits in the 2000 primaries against 527 groups doing the same to him…

When the attacks are legit, and in most cases the BHO, they are..there is no legal recourse other than coming clean with the public. He attacks himself with his own words and flip-flop…I call them lies! He’s told so many he can’t remember the truth anymore.

The sad sad truth is you have heard these lies for eight years from the right, and yet you still fall for them.
And as a note, out of the 12 lawsuits filed by mccain in 2000, he lost them all, so by your logic that makes them the truth and he should come out and admit to the american people he does have an illegitimate black child.
